Terms and Conditions

  1. Players
    1. Players must bring proof of identity to the event.
    2. The event is not open to players who are aged under 16 years old at the start of the event.
    3. Players under 16 will not be admitted to the event
    4. Players under 18 must wear a full face mask during game play.
  2. Financial
    1. Deposits are non-refundable.
    2. In the event of cancellation of the event within 1 day of the planned date an alternative date will be offerred and deposits paid may be used as credit for any other OTT event at the managemements discression.
    3. In the event that the event, or any part of the event is called off due to health & safety reasons, or due to adverse weather conditions, or for any other reason outside the control of OTT adventures no refund is available.
    4. Deposits paid by or on behalf of players under 16 cannot be refunded.
    5. Entry to the event is subject to the balance being paid in full.
    6. Balance must be paid in cash on arrival at the event.
    7. Players who are asked to stop playing, or leave the site due to breaches of these terms and conditions, or breaches of any relevent laws are not entitiled to any form of refund.
  3. Property
    1. OTT Adventures cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any property left on the event site, or in any of it's vehicles.
  4. Transport and vehicles
    1. Transport to and from the event is not included in the cost.
    2. Players must not use vehicles that do not belong to them without written consent from the owner.
    3. Players may not fire weapons at vehicles, unless otherwise stated.
    4. Players may not throw objects at vehicles.
    5. Players may not throw pyrotechnics at vehicles.
    6. Players should not position themselves behind or underneath vechicles.
    7. Drivers at the event must have a full, current driving license, must have been certified to drive on the site, and not be banned from driving.
  5. Health and safety
    1. Players must attend the safety briefing before being allowed to play.
    2. Players must abide by all safety rules whilst on the site.
    3. All players will be required to sign a standard consent form apon check-in for the event.
    4. Players must wear eye-protection whilst outdoors and game play is in progress, even in safe-zones.
    5. Weapons must be correctly locked when not required.
    6. Weapons must not be fired in the safe zones.
    7. Pyrotechnics must not be used in safe zones.
    8. Dry-firing of guns in the safe-zones is not allowed.
    9. Players must abide by FPS limits, and comply with instructions to calibrate their weapons.
    10. Players must comply with all instructions from the marshalls, event organisers, and OTT staff.
    11. In the event of an accident a large red flare will indicate that gameplay is over. All players must abide by the instruction to cease gaming.
  6. General
    1. Players will be required to carry their game 'papers' during the event (including but not limited to gameplay), and will be required to show it to staff or marshalls on demand.
    2. The management reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions, event rules or event details at any time.
    3. By signing up for a place at any OTT event you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed above, as well as any additional terms and safety requirements that may later be imposed.
  7. Above mentioned
    1. OTT Adventures is also known as "OTT".
    2. "OTT Staff" includes subcontractors.
